    About the Role

The LilyPad Fellowship is a paid, three-month intensive for diverse aspiring nonprofit practitioners. It is embedded at SA Philanthropy as a pilot project, with the goal of growing both the Fellow and the sector over the long term.

Fellows learn the fundamentals of 2026 fundraising while building a real portfolio through a sector project. The project may be completed independently, with a partner agency, or with a nonprofit client, depending on the Fellow's interests and available placements.

We hope Fellows will expand nonprofits' capacity to diversify their senior leadership, staff, and donor bases, and to invest in innovation that advances their missions.

If you are an emerging fundraiser or nonprofit practitioner who wants to learn by doing, build real projects, and join a growing pipeline of diverse Canadian nonprofit talent, we would love to hear from you.
