    Fundraising innovation and strategy

You get a written revenue plan for the next twelve months: which audiences to go after, which channels carry them, what each appeal is worth, and what your team has to do each month to hit the number. It is built from your donor file, not a template, and it includes room to test new programmes before scaling them.

    Who this is for

    • You are raising between 1 million and 20 million and growth has flattened.
    • Your board keeps asking for a plan and you keep producing a calendar.
    • You have donor data you have never properly read.

    The problem we usually find

Most charity plans are a list of campaigns with a total at the bottom. There is no reasoning about which donors produce the money, what it costs to find a new one, or which appeal is quietly losing you revenue. When the number is missed, nobody can say why.

    How we deliver it

The five pillars, applied to innovation.

    1. 1

      Discovery

We read your donor file, retention curves, channel performance and last three years of campaign results, then interview the people who actually run the appeals.

    2. 2

      Strategy

Audiences, offers, channels and targets for the next twelve months, with the assumptions written down so they can be argued with and corrected.

    3. 3

      Creative

The messaging platform and case for support that every appeal in the plan will draw from.

    4. 4

      Execution

A month by month operating calendar with owners, so the plan survives contact with a busy team.

    5. 5

      Reporting

Quarterly reporting against the plan's written assumptions, so the strategy is corrected on evidence rather than opinion.

    Common questions

How long does a strategy take to build?

Six to eight weeks from kickoff to the board-ready plan, depending on how quickly we can get access to your donor data and your team's calendars.

Do you write the plan or do we?

We write it. Your team supplies data, context and two to four hours a week of review time. You own the document at the end and it is written so your staff can run it without us.

What if our donor data is a mess?

That is normal and it is part of Discovery. We work with what exists, tell you plainly what is unusable, and note the fixes worth making before the next campaign cycle.
